Stuart is a highly experienced and accomplished construction professional with over 17 years experience in New York, having formerly worked for a top construction consultancy in Manhattan.
He has proven success in whole Project and Cost management from inception to completion, and beyond, with a strong track record of successfully delivering a wide variety of construction projects, ranging from commercial interior fit out, retail, cultural, hospitality, sports stadia and core and shell projects and from 2,000 SF to over 1,000,000 SF.
Stuart delivers executive leadership and tailored Owner’s Representation on complex and budget-conscious projects. Having completed a Masters in Cost Estimating and Construction Management, and being a distinguished Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Stuart’s foundation and deep understanding of Cost Management give him a rounded skill set as an Owner's Representative and underscore him as an expert in his field.

David has proven success working directly with C-suite executives, ensuring project goals align with broader business strategies and managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams with precision.
